Meet The Team Leads


Paul Newman



Paul has led global and domestic human resources teams in financial services and retail organizations for over 20 years. His years of work experience in human resources leadership encompasses roles in talent acquisition, total rewards, DE&I, college relations, and human resources management. He graduated with a BS in Economics and holds certifications from Cornell University and Yale University. Additionally, he holds a MS in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.


Reggie Manning


Chief Intelligence Officer

Reggie is a seasoned executive, boasting a comprehensive and diverse background in business intelligence and consulting. With nearly two decades of rich experience, he has made significant contributions across various sectors including corporate Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, startups, education, franchising, and consulting. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill,  Certificates in Machine Learning Foundation from Duke University and Innovation Management & New Product Development for the University of Memphis.
